Act for Animals: Join PETA Youth’s ‘Say No to Cages’ Video Challenge
As the COVID-19 lockdown continues across the nation, humans are experiencing what it feels like to be an animal trapped inside a cage, and it’s not nice. The daily hardship of social isolation is new to most of us, but for animals actually locked up by zoos, circuses, and other cruel establishments, it’s endless torture that they’ve come to know too well and for too long.
Is lockdown making you feel gloomy?

That’s why we need you to use your creativity to help animals suffering in cages by participating in PETA Youth’s “Say No to Cages” Video Challenge. All you have to do is film a short video, perhaps using a time-lapse technique, about what you’re doing and how you’re feeling during the lockdown and how animals restricted to cages must feel every single day of their miserable lives. Post your video on your social media accounts with the hashtag #SayNoToCages as soon as you can and before the end of April.
For inspiration, watch this video by Sachin Bangera, PETA India’s director of celebrity and public relations, and don’t forget to tag PETA India. We’ll post the videos that impress us most on our Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram accounts to spread your message that animals don’t want to be trapped inside cages.
Life in a cage, is NO life at all! Animals in zoos spend the rest of their lives in isolation. Say NO to cages. Say NO to zoos. @PetaIndia #QuarantineLife pic.twitter.com/w5na7AEoJF
