Animal Power

Generations taught the next that animals were gold,

Then why do we betray them when they get old!

It is considered wrong and bad when a child betrays its father and mother.

But when an animal gets betrayed people hardly bother!

Without eating meat your brains won trust,

Then why not turn vegetarian when non-veg is not a must!

Just for a wild moment think how an animal must feel,

If he was put on fire to become someone’s meal.

Animals are silent listeners, who tolerate all our fuss,

Don’t you think this butcher’s mentality doesn’t suit us.

Promise me you will treat them as brothers and sisters

And I will keep on spreading this message of love to others andOthers.
