Extend a Helping Hand to Community Animals on Friendship Day
What better way to extend a gesture of friendship to community dogs and cats than by providing them with a bowl of fresh water on Friendship Day, 1st August. Water is a necessity for all animals, and dogs and cats without a regular water source suffer greatly. Whether it’s outside your home, at a local park, or in a safe spot along a walking path or roadway, find a place where community animals can get a cool drink.
Share your outreach activity on your social media accounts. One way to set an example is by creating a short, 15- to 30-second Instagram Reel – just be sure to tag PETA India and use hashtags like #PETAYouth, #FriendshipDayChallenge, and #BeKindToAnimals.
