Asian Noodles

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 Tbsp corn or sesame oil
2 Tbsp soya sauce
Red pepper flakes
Chopped green onions or chives (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
1/2 pkg linguine or rice noodles, cooked

 

• In a frying pan, melt together all the ingredients except for the noodles. Stir in the noodles.

Note: Add vegetables or cubed tofu to make a heartier meal.
